Lower Your Stress at Home

Our homes describe our internal state, and when we become stressed, it shows up in the environment. Some signs may be obvious, like piles of bills or laundry that needs to be folded and put away. Little visual reminders that burden us with fears of “not having enough” time, money, happiness, etc. Other forms of environmental stress appear in subtle ways, revealing unconscious negative thoughts, beliefs, and even childhood programming.
